SCHOOL VOLUNTEER INFO
If you wish to volunteer at our school, you'll need to complete a School Volunteer Application.
All TB clearances submitted with the completed application MUST be within six (6) months prior to his or her start date.
All school volunteer applicants will be screened through the California Megan's Law online database in adherence to District policy.
If applicable, fingerprint clearance may be requested as stated in the District policy.
It is a requirement for school volunteers to sign in upon arrival and sign out upon exiting the school premises.

Parents/guardians/caretakers wishing to enroll a child for the first time in a Los Angeles Unified school should download the Student Enrollment Form, complete electronically, print, sign and take the form to the school.
